A chronicle of country music legend Johnny Cash's life, from his early days on an Arkansas cotton farm to his rise to fame with Sun Records in Memphis, where he recorded alongside Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins.
This film is rated R by the Movie Picture Association.
Located in MCC’s Academic Arts Center, The Owl Theatre is excited to showcase films and bring community entertainment to Greater Lowell!.The original Owl Theatre was built in 1913 in the Boston and Maine depot – home to our Academic Arts Center – before becoming the Rialto in 1920.
This new version is an opportunity to:
- Revisit MCC and Lowell's roots
- Maintain a community tradition
- Tie in MCC's owl mascot Swoops
