Where can Dual Enrollment take you?
Our dual enrollment programs are designed to transfer. Whether you choose to enroll at MCC or a different college or university, the credits you earned at MCC can save you time and money.
From 2022 to 2023, one thousand MCC Dual Enrollment students transfered their MCC credit to over 200 colleges and universities nationwide including:

- Classes can be taken on campus at MCC or online with MCC professors
- Classes should be counting towards your high school graduation requirements*
How to Apply?
- Attend the Dual Enrollment Information Session
- Connect with your guidance or homeschool counselor to discuss your academic plan and class options
- Complete and submit the following documents:
- Dual Enrollment Application - Must be signed by yourself, parent/guardian, and counselor
- Current high school transcript - Must show you have a 2.0 GPA or higher
- English Multiple Measure Form - Must be signed by yourself and your English teacher
- If taking a math class or a class with a math prerequisite, the Math Multiple Measures Form - Must be signed by you and your math teacher
- Registration Form - Must be signed by yourself, parent/guardian, and counselor

We will reach out to you to confirm your registration once all documents have been submitted.
*If you would like to take a class with us for enrichment or personal academic challenge, not counting towards high school requirements, you will want to apply as a Visiting Student. Please note that while admissions requirements are the same, application materials and cost are different.
- The Dual Enrollment per credit tuition rate for Spring 2025 is $128, 50 percent of the in-state tuition rate.
- Dual Enrollment students are not eligible for Free Community College programs
- Allows you to take college classes and earn college credit while still in high school
- Classes are taken at your high school with your high school teachers
- Class options are dependent on your high school
- Classes should count towards your high school graduation requirements
How to Apply?
Connect with your high school guidance office for information about class options and registration.
Lowell High School and Nashoba Valley Technical High School students can take classes at their high school or on campus at no cost, earning both college and high school credit for every completed course.
