We provide guidance and resources to lead to your success at MCC and beyond!
Our program centers the experiences of Asian American, Black, African American, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ students while welcoming all currently enrolled students committed to personal growth and collective support.

- Credit card, credit score, and budgeting support

- Career panels and fairs
- Job shadowing with MCC alumni and local partners

Mentoring through the SUCCESS program has made me a better advocate. I have a deeper understanding of the uniqueness of our individual experience and feel that I can use that understanding to help create community and promote learning. On a personal level, the program has improved my communication skills and made me more confident in meeting new people. I have become more engaged on campus, which has led to additional opportunities.

The Success Scholars program has enabled me to be engaged by creating the opportunity to be a mentor to other students, host a Black History Month Trivia, speak on a panel, and get updates and reminders about events on campus. I have also met people and made new connections through our coaches, fellow mentors and mentees. This has promoted my personal success by learning through the different people I have met and receiving advice and tips through our meetings that I relay to my mentees as well.
