Home Buying 101: Your Guide to Buying a Home
Presented by MCC alumnae, Veronica Antich-Fjeld and Glorisell Ortega, and Kathy Mak of View Real Estate Group, and Danny Ortega of Mentor Mortgage

Date & Time: Wednesday, April 23rd from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Online (Zoom) – Link will be provided upon registration
Duration: 1.5 hours

Workshop Overview:
Are you thinking about buying a home but don't know where to start? Do you have questions about mortgages, qualifications, or the home-buying process? Join us for this free online workshop, where we will break down everything you need to know to make informed decisions about homeownership.

During this interactive session, we will answer common questions such as:

  • Where do I start if I want to buy a home?
  • How do I get a loan, and what do I need to qualify?
  • Can I buy a home if I’m not a U.S. resident?

We will also provide insights into the current real estate market in Lowell and Bedford, the cities where Middlesex Community College (MCC) has its campuses. Understanding these local markets can help you make better purchasing decisions, whether you’re a student, a professional, or a first-time homebuyer.

Special Partnership:
This workshop is brought to you by the MCC Alumni Association, View Real Estate Group, and Mentor Mortgage. We will discuss how this partnership can benefit you and provide exclusive resources and guidance to help you achieve your homeownership goals.
