MCC Bookstore and Campus Store FAQs!


MCC is proud to partner with eCampus.com and University Gear Shop to enhance your course material and campus retail experience:

  • eCampus.com – Your 24/7 online bookstore for all textbook and course material needs, offering both print and digital formats.
  • University Gear Shop (Swoop’s Nest MCC’s Campus Store) – Your on-campus destination for retail shopping and convenient pickup of course materials.

The Swoop’s Nest MCC’s Campus Store hours are Mon. – Fri 10:00am – 3:00pm ET. Located at the Cowan Center Building in Lowell.

The Middlesex Online eCampus Bookstore hours are Mon. – Fri 8:30am – 6:00pm ET with chat support also available 7 days a week.

Navigate to https://middlesex.ecampus.com/ and log in using your Middlesex school account.

Select the Shop By Schedule option to automatically view your course textbooks based on the classes that you are enrolled in.

In stock items ship the same day before 1pm ET.  You can also choose to ship your course materials to the MCC Campus Store free of charge, shipping time is approximately three to four business days.

For digital content, eBooks and access codes will be added to your digital bookshelf in your My Account.

MCC Book Advance, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MCC Online Bookstore Gift Card, MassAbility, Department of Veterans Affairs Book Voucher.

Yes! You can use your book advance to rent textbooks; you will need a credit card only as a reserve method of payment.

School supplies, tech gear, and more are available for purchase at the Swoop’s Nest MCC’s Campus Store at the Cowan Center Building in Lowell.

No, you can log in with your MCC Student Account.

We suggest logging in with your MCC Student Account, your book advance or any available book vouchers will be associated with this email address.

All rented materials include a prepaid UPS shipping label and packing slip, you can access this via your My Account.

Middlesex Community College’s Inclusive Access (IA) program ensures that you have immediate access to required course materials on the first day of class and at the lowest price possible. If your instructor chooses to add course materials to the IA program, charges will appear on your student account, and you will access the digital course materials directly inside your Blackboard course.

Yes! If your course is participating in IA, you will automatically be opted into the program, but participation is optional. If you do NOT wish to participate, you have 14 days after the start of your class to opt out and receive a refund. You can opt out by accessing the “Course Materials by eCampus” link in your Blackboard course. A refund will be applied to your student account. Please note that if you opt out of the IA program, you will no longer have access to the required course materials through the link in Blackboard. You will be expected to purchase materials elsewhere.

If you do not wish to participate in Inclusive Access, you must opt out within 14 days after the start of your class to receive a refund. You can opt out by accessing the “Course Materials by eCampus” link found in your Blackboard course. A refund will be applied to your student account. If you are unable to locate the “Want to opt-out?” option, please email iasupport@ecampus.com and include your course information.
