Our multiple online options make fitting classes into your already busy schedule easy.  An award-winning leader in online learning for over 20 years, MCC was one of the first colleges in Massachusetts to offer online options.

Our online students complete the same high-quality work as students on campus and earn the same course credits.

MCC features four modalities of teaching – each featuring immersive and interactive educational experiences:

• Asynchronous Online – complete independent work to meet deadlines, engage with other students, and access to online resources, pre-recorded lessons and tutorials on their own schedule with NO class meeting times.
• Synchronous Online – attend classes at specific dates and times while all professors and students engage in live classes using a camera and microphone remotely.
• Hybrid (Blended) – complete coursework online and come to campus only to finish practical experiences.
• HyFlex (hybrid flexible) – choose to attend class either in-person or online using Zoom or Collaborate; both options allow students to meet in real-time as a class.
• In-Person – come to campus for the entire course.

MCC has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.
